Really nice Italian restaurant, the food was lovely and so were the staff - we live close-by and it's our first time visiting, definitely will come again :)

We have been going to this restaurant for many years and always loved the food and service. Last night was disappointing. The service was slow, the pizzas were very good but the veal dishes were not good.

still the best Italian this side of Tuscany (well, at least this side of the West End). Where a bottle of Chianti will only set you back £23 and small pizzas (which are BIG) are south of a tenner, this little gem on the Upper Richmond Road is still a delightful value for money venue for a casual family dinner, like it has been for 30 years. It's lively, busy and offers a huge range of authentic Italian cuisine. The veal with sauteed potatoes is a winner, as is the pollo milanese, with a generous tomato bruschetta and garlic bread on the side, finished with their world-famous banoffee pie which is worth the admission fee alone. A shot of limoncello on the house closes another stellar visit. The only thing I would like to see is their calamari fritti crisped-up more: each time I have it, it's just a bit sad and limp, could do with a different batter recipe as it's current soft-on-soft.

Food is great, value for money definitely. It did take a while for the food to come out though. Our observation was that Pizzas are the fastest. It is pretty much like a pizza factory with plenty of delivery drivers coming in to pick up orders

We’ve been dining here regularly for the past couple of years. Never been disappointed. Highly recommended for pizza and primi, but in general anything in the menu is worth a try. Amazing value for money, especially when sharing a ‘medium’ pizza.
