Alma Cocina’s refreshing new approach to contemporary Mexican cuisine has delighted guests since 2011 while continuing to evolve today.                                                                     Fun, attentive server. Crazy night with the CFP game in town but they handled the volume and noise well. Decent food especially at the price point downtown.

                                                                    We had such a great experience and mostly because our waitress TK was amazing. Great food recommendations - and everyone enjoyed the meals and drinks. Would come back again if ever in ATL

                                                                    Had an excellent time! We sat in the atrium by the Ritz-Carlton, very beautiful/historic. Service was great, attentive but not rushed. RJ did an excellent job w/recommendations. Tried a new red wine (great selection of central/south American wines). The hot chihuahua cheese app was delish! I had the Asian tacos & hubby had the chicken tinga. Even the bathrooms were cool!

                                                                    The sizzling cheese is always a hit! The guacamole flights is delicious! Both apps should come with more chips and tortillas. We ordered numerous flavors of tacos- liking the buli beef best. This trip the desserts were fine but prefer the ice cream cookie sandwich and the chocolate caramel cake that was on the menu in the past. Alma is just a Must every trip to Atlanta!!

                                                                    Highly recommend that you avoid during market events. Alma Cocina admitted kitchen cannot handle capacity, yet they overbook. Took 30 minutes to be seated for reserved seats and then 1 1/2 hours to receive food. Staff apologized repeatedly but it really didn’t help the situation. First and last time for us.
