The garlic noodle wasn’t tasty too bland and I’ve tasted garlic noodles that were more tastier at other Vietnamese restaurants. The menu doesn’t have really good selection to choose from. The portions were small not enough to share.

Great food, but the cocktails stole the show. We had a wonderful time and we're super comfortable.

Some of the best food we’ve ever had. We’ve been 3x in the last 2 months. Ate here for the first time the day after our wedding, we will be visiting for our anniversary now every year.

What happened to the food quality? Garlic noodles were a major disappointment. Beef skewers were tough and overcooked. The server was outstanding so we didn’t want to complain since it’s not his fault.

Food and drinks were great as usual. Service was pretty weak. This reservation was made as a birthday, which we have celebrated at Anqi before. Although there was a card at the table, the waiter never recognized the celebration. The service was inattentive and slow all night. It was clearly not an issue with the kitchen as the food was out quickly once we were able to get the server’s attention. Check was slow to come, and he clearly forgot about us multiple times. Since we had a table of 7, 20% tip was mandatory. It felt like there was no effort to be a great server. If I could have, I would not have tipped 20%.

Sitting at the bar and watch the bartenders preparing drinks is always the fun part! They have a very good bar team and creative drink list.

Server, when he was at the table, was great. Knowledgeable and had a great attitude. The problem was he barely came to check on us. Took too long to place orders for drinks/appetizers and too long for dinner or another round of drinks. Food was delivered at lightning speed and was delicious but was warm-lukewarm at best. I don’t expect my food to be the temperature of the sun or anything but it seemed like the items we ordered were pre-plated and sat under a heat lamp, could be why they arrived in the blink of the eye. TLDR: service was slow, staff was great , food was delicious but not very warm or hot.

AnQi still serves great food, but it has lost all the specialness it once had. The attention to detail in the ambiance is completely gone. Space heaters, fans, and bright signs now shine as you walk in, (even a large restroom sign!) make it clear—this is just another mall restaurant now. Most tables are now fully open to the mall, where shoppers stroll by and gawk at you while you eat. What once felt chic, trendy and exclusive is now just another place to grab a meal while shopping. The once-intimate dining room has been reconfigured, and despite multiple visits and attempts to get a table in a more private setting, it seems those spots are gone for good. Will I eat here again? Probably. But it won’t be for a special night out. The magic is gone.
