   Made reservation and still waited 20 min past reservation time. No consideration was given to my table request in the reservation. We just went with it since we already waited 20 min. Waiter was really focused on turning the table over and not providing an experience. Food was great! Place looks great! Bartender was really good!

   Very busy! Good food, however when things picked up our waiter was a bit slow to come back and check on us. He brought us a to go box fairly quickly and never returned to bring the check.

   Overall it was fine. Food is usually not an issue. Server seemed she could have used a hand, maybe short staffed? But she did a great job. I appreciated her letting us split the giant bill (I don't know ahead of time we couldn't). Only thing that was a bummer is our app plates and empties sat for a while just making clutter on the table. But again seemed short handed and she did the best she could (so wasn't her fault!)

   We started w/ onion rings VERY GOOD. Philly steak sandwich ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Grilled chicken sandwich with a nice side salad that was nicely put together.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lemon drop martini & beer. A great night out!

   My son graduated from the Navy boot camp and was craving a steak! I went online and chose Austin’s. Loved the experience completely! Excellent service and food was so good! Loved that I was able to make reservations on line and they were quick to confirm. Great place and great people!!

   Our server asked us to get up and go to the bar when we were done eating because they had a big wait. However, there were stipulations for a time limit when we made the reservation. The bar was also packed and no seats were available. We really felt like we were being rushed out and couldn’t just sit at our table and order another round of drinks. Felt very rushed and white honestly the server was rude about it.

   After waiting 45 minutes with small children after our reservation time, the restaurant was unable to provide a table that had been reserved with a pre-paid deposit due to massive overbooking of their table capacity. The restaurant also made up the fact that they could not refund the deposit and that OpenTable had to refund it. OpenTable support confirmed that was a lie. The attitude and unprofessionalism of managers and staff was awful and keeping a deposit after being unable to deliver the service agreed to is terrible.

    We had a wonderful Easter brunch. And the food was great - not to mention the donut wall. Well done. We unexpectedly ran into family members and wanted to say thank you for seating us all together. It was very crowded and appreciated your effort.
