Avanti Restaurant offers an intimate dining room with a sleek, Uptown bistro atmosphere, where you can hear live music nightly. For the urban connoisseur dine al fresco, sip, mingle and eat outdoors amongst your friends on the trendy McKinney Avenue strip and enjoy exceptional hospitality.
Chef Mario’s cuisine is inspired by the flavors of Italy and the Mediterranean region. Signature dishes are Pasta Bolognese, Osso Buco, Crab Crusted Sea Bass, Ceviche, Three Cheese Spinach Lasagna, Farfalle Carbonara, or Bone-in Veal Milanese. Our menu also features steaks, lamb, seafood, hand-made fresh pasta, legumes of the season and a Wine Spectator awarded Wine Collection focused on the Italy-Mediterranean including a selection of Texas' rising stars.     Fantastic experience! Went there for 5 year anniversary and the staff was truly on top of it. My water was never empty, the music was beautiful, and the food was beyond amazing!

With its perfect ambiance, fantastic live music, and authentic Italian flavors, this restaurant has become my go-to for memorable meals and special celebrations.     We enjoyed our meal very much. I had the ravioli special with artichoke, spinach, and ricotta. Nice cozy atmosphere. Unpretentious with excellent service. Definitely will return!

    We had a great experience overall and are looking forward to visiting again soon. Veal meatballs delivered a flavor explosion in the mouth. The Greek salad was authentic and fresh. We ordered the Seafood special and Crab Crusted Sea Bass. Of the two, the Sea Bass won!

    Every time we come to Dallas from Austin we have dinner at Avanti. My husband and I had a wonder meal. Celebrated my birthday. Our waitress Shannon was great! Great vibe!
