Azur has consistently been one of my favorite restaurants. The wonderful food, nice atmosphere, and friendly service have always been dependable since it opened over 11 years ago. I can confidently say that I have never had a bad experience there. I look forward to dining there again and again. One thing I can always count on for brunch is that they truly have the best eggs Benedict in town. Whether it's breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner, Azur always delivers.

I saw Azur's overall rating and looked at the menu and decided to book it for NYE dinner for 4 of us. It's a shame that there was no advance way of knowing that they had a price fixe menu for NYE @ $125/person. Not to mention that there was a $50/person cancellation charge if cancelled within 24 hours and we made same-day reservations -- so essentially $200! To add insult to injury, when we arrived, some of the items on the menu weren't even available. When we asked for more bread, we were told they thought they'd run out! (Run out of bread??) They DID find us the last of it. FOOD WAS MEDIOCRE. When the bill arrived, we discovered that a 15% gratuity had already been added to our bill. (which is a shame because we would've tipped our service 20% or more), but felt the server should've pointed that out -- so we didn't add additional tip money. It was really one of those times that I felt taken advantage of at a restaurant.

Very expensive for the food quality . We asked for bread for the table and you can order for it only twice. The server was not that friendly.. we felt like he was rushing us all the time. Probably we will not come back again

Food was good but service was horrible. Paying a premium fixed menu and getting service that is worse than a fast food restaurant. Lack of attention from the waiter, timing of food and service, and incompetence from other waitstaff made for unmemorable evening. We have dined here before and enjoyed, but NYE was not the A-team. Definitely a big miss!!!

The menu was a very expensive fixed menu. Do deviations. It was not a fixed menu when I made the reservation. Also if we left there was a $50 per person fee. For 4 of us it was seven hundred dollars just for the food. When we asked for more bread they told us only one service was allowed. It was a ridiculous night for just ok food

So overpriced it was ridiculous. Red snapper with shrimp was a joke. The shrimp were small and clearly frozen. A travesty when you’re in a place like Key West! We will not be going back.

Branzino was perfectly cooked. Goat cheese arugula salad was a delicious blend of peppery arugula, a sweet vinaigrette and savory, slightly melted cheese.

There were 6 of us, 2 kids under 12. Everyone was very happy with their dinner choices. The chicken was juicy and delicious, the yellowtail snapper as good as ever, and the gnocchi was excellent as well. The kids enjoyed the kw pink shrimp and buttered gnocchi. Highly recommend
