The service was terrible…the food was sub par. The drinks were pretty good. I recommend the bar to just grab drinks but go somewhere else for food.

We had reservations for a Wednesday and we were initially the only people there. The waitress, though very nice, had on cloths that were casual. Not cloths you would wear to work. For an empty restaurant the service was slow and we didn’t get everything we ordered. We ordered the Caesar salad. The romaine lettuce was old and the Parmesan cheese was like sawdust. The NY strip was delicious, but the fingerling potatoes were over cooked. Overall, the restaurant was clean and had an old feel which I like, but most everything else was a disappointment. There are so many other great restaurants. I do not recommend.

Customer Service was great and food was good. You will run into a mixed crowd as this restaurant is connected to a hotel. Nothing wrong with the crowd, just more of situational awareness as families maybe checking out getting breakfast with suitcases, which may take up space while dining.

If you are coming here, even with a reservation, be wary that service can be minimal and the offerings severely reduced as it seems staffing the restaurant appropriately is an ongoing issue. The staff tries their best and is courteous but even with reservations (and it was for a planned family gathering) we were not accommodated as expected and it was extremely disappointing to me despite how professionally we were treated. Food selection is great in a good day. Hit or miss here.

Food was actually good. Plates came out hot and tasty. The service was extremely lacking. 15 min to get a drink after our order (and it wasn't even crowded). Then the drinks were incorrect. (no tonic in the V&T, and given the wrong beer). Noted that a group of people at the bar were getting frustrated and departed quickly. Just not a good experience.
