    Waiter forgot an order. It was difficult to get any waiter’s attention throughout the evening. It was clear they don’t want to be there. Good food but it’s a shame the service was so poor.

    First time dining in at Balthazar, I say the place has a warm ambience very welcoming. Food was delicious no question I say will be paying another visit for dinner again soon. Fine Hospitality service 10/10.

    Generally an enjoyable meal but a bizarre wait for our drinks as the waiter who solicitously took our order when asked where they were said”he was not allowed to go to the bar”!

    All the staff were friendly and efficient and we were looked after so well throughout our meal. The food was excellent and the atmosphere warm and buzzy. Would recommend!

    I was there Christmas Eve for lunch and last Friday 3-1-25. Both times were amazing and excellent service. Good food and reasonable prices. Definitely will visit again when I’m in London.
