   The staff greeted us kindly. Unfortunately, they couldn’t have our table ready when we arrived on time so we had to wait 10-15 mins. But we were given a nice corner table. We ordered from the fixed price menu: pumpkin soup, chicken and ham terrine, mussels, steak tartare, creme brûlée, and steamed Christmas pudding. Food was excellent on the whole. I think the mussels were a bit too creamy and didn’t need that much cream. But the quality of the mussels was very good. Jasmine tea was of excellent quality! Table wine was so, so and we should have trusted the waiter on this one. We wished we’d ordered better wine. Service was very good overall. Nice atmosphere, good quality food and tea. Cannot wait to go back and try the burger.

   Ci vado spesso ogni volta che vado a Londra. Adoro questo ristorante. L'unica cosa é che sono Rimasto sorpreso del cattivo odore nel bagno maschile. Peccato .

   Amplio restaurante. La comida rica, aunque nos sentó un poco pesada. A mejorar el precio, bastante alto para la presentación y elaboraciones. El ambiente acogedor y servicio muy rápido y atento.

   Overall we enjoyed the New Year's Eve ambiance, the service was quite slow, but it was an interesting experience and we enjoyed the live music. They were very busy, so we hadn't expected quick service, so it didn't spoil our experience.

   We had an awful experience on our special New Year lunch that we were looking forward to. The main courses had to be sent back as over cooked and no taste. We were then ignored for over 30 minutes, not offered anything or drinks. Service so bad and spoilt our day so very disappointing

   We’ve been here many times at Christmas, and its not as nice as it used to be. Food and decorations have been turned down a lot. Service wasn’t attentive. Room was extremely noisy. We won’t go back.

   Great pre-theater spot to have dinner or appetizers and cocktails. Service was good and the wait staff very nice.

    This was my third time to go to Balthazar. Staff very accommodating. Table booked for 5.15 we arrived late and we were reminded immediately that our table was needed for the next sitting at 7 pm! Thats fine ! Then it came to paying the bill… I was fortunate enough to have received a gift voucher for Balthazar , however on payment was told there was a 48 hour process for gift voucher! I never heard this before but I see it NOW on the website! Andrea the manager generously gave us desserts and coffees on the house! This needs to be stated more clearly on your website. Everything else great 👌
