   I’m not sure there’s a better restaurant in the region. Alex is one of the best servers in town. This is just an amazing place to spend time and money. The experience can’t be beat.

   This was our first visit. It was amazing. We couldn’t decide what to eat so we asked Dani (our fabulous server) if she can do the wine pairing menu and be our tour guide for the evening. She loved the idea and four courses later we were not disappointed! The food and wine was incredible. My son and I sampled each others food and wine so we actually had 8 courses and 8 wine tastings! What an evening. The next time I am back in Denver I will 100% guaranteed return! Thanks Dani for a great evening.

   I hadn't been to Barolo Grill in 20+ years. My first and only time there prior to this was not a good experience. We were in the room farthest away from the main dining room, and it was as if we were invisible to our server. Our dinner took forever because he rarely came to the table. My experience this past Saturday was far from that. We had an amazing server. The food was fantastic, but service can make or break a meal, like it had done in the past. This server was amazing. We were, however, a little shocked when we each purchased a $17 cocktail, and the small glass wasn't even half full. There was a huge ice cube in the middle of the glass which helped push the level of liquid up to barely half full. You have to be prepared that Barolo isn't cheap. This place was packed with a vibrant crowd. It's like people kept pouring through the door. I love to see this and am very happy that a restaurant of this caliber can stay in business 30+ years. What a feat!

   The food is always great. The truffles (specifically white) made the dishes stand out. Our server, Mellanie, was outstanding. She added so much to the experience. Outstanding meal, service and night.

   Outstanding service however 2 members of my party ordered the halibut which was ice cold in the middle. Under cooked from frozen state or not thawed properly before cooking. You’d think that for the prices charged, it would be fresh. They fixed it without any further issues at all. Overall the experience was very good.

   Hi Jeff! Thank you for your kind words and your feedback. We did have an issue with an oven where the thermostat malfunctioned in the middle of the shift and it affected three pieces of fish that were cooking at the time. I am sorry it happened to you and I hope we rectified it quickly and to everyone enjoyed the rest of the meal. I assure you we do not buy frozen/non-fresh halibut. It is fresh Alaskan halibut, we do store it cold of course when it arrives in the morning. We look forward to seeing you all soon! Grazie Mille!

    Wwe have been dining at Barolo for many years and we have always had a superb experience. Briefly speaking with Ryan, the owner, last night was a bonus and it was easy to see from his demeanor and activity throughout the restaurant exactly why the Barolo Grill is so outstanding and successful.
