Wir haben im Wintergarten genau gegenüber den Kupferkesseln gesessen. In den Kupferkesseln war erkennbar ein Gärprozess im Gange. Durch die Fenster schien zwischen den Ahornblättern die Sonne hinein. Ein guter Heizer und Leipziger Gose zu Rinderroulade und Schnitzel. Alles hat gepasst.
