                              This is my final visit before the restaurant moves to its new location. I have loved the food here since my first visit. I always order the tasting menu. I love the presentation. Picture worthy! The cotton candy foie gras is the most incredible bite of food. My companion was not excited about it, but once he put it in his mouth, it is such an ethereal experience. This small bit of foie gras hidden inside a fluffy cloud of white cotton candy about the size of a golf ball. The sweetness of the cotton candy offsets the savory meaty taste of the foie gras, making a perfectly delicious bite of food! Yum! I could easily go on and on tending each of the 12 courses similarly. They are all so perfectly seasoned, tender meat, spicy flavors, savory courses. Each a delight for the eye and the taste buds. Oh my! The Olives! The Croquetas de Pollo! The Buttered Potato Puree! Just to name a few more. Melt in your mouth, tantilizing the my taste buds, making my mouth water. Geeze.

                              If you know the saying, “You get what you pay for” you will happily spend the money to eat here. The steak we had was quite possibly the best piece of meat we have ever had, the potato purée was buttery silkiness, and the brussel sprouts were outstanding. We wanted to eat everything set in front of us, but sadly we could not. The waitstaff were very attentive and our waiter was super knowledgeable. While trying to decide on which kind of meat to order he intervened to ask questions, explain, and suggest and different option. He did not lead us astray. I look forward to returning for another excellent meal.

                              We did the Chef’s Ultimate tasting menu & it was truly incredible! The caviar cone was my favorite bite, I could eat 100 of them. The staff were so friendly & knowledgeable. They beautifully explained the food and shared the chef’s recommendations on how to eat it. We can’t wait to eat here again when we’re back in Vegas! Highly recommend!

                              What can I say. I have been dining at high-end restaurants for about 25, almost 30 years. That includes Michelin 1,2, and 3-star restaurants all over the world. The irony is that one of the best meals I’ve ever had was last night with my wife for my birthday. We had the deluxe tasting menu and a bottle of wine. Yes, it was a splurge, but every course was divine and the service was impeccable. A truly memorable experience that will be hard to beat. We can’t wait to try the new location once they move later in the summer. Put this on your bucket list everyone you will not be disappointed.
