   Thank you Alexander Gaona for an unforgettable experience for me and my wife celebrating our birthdays! Everything was really really good. We were blown away by the leeks with truffle dish. We were surprised how wonderful the vegetable dishes we had ordered. His recommendations for the dishes are on point and what to expect! The Askaushi was excellent and the right color and temp. This is the kind of place I would recommend to my friends! Worth going for celebrating something special!

   We absolutely loved our recent visit to Bazaar Meat. It’s become our go to “Last Night Feast” during our annual Vegas weekend trip. Food is consistently excellent, drinks are delicious and the extra touches from our waiter, Juan were well appreciated (we were celebrating a birthday and anniversary and were given complimentary champagne, an appetizer, and dessert). The four of us all agreed at the end of the meal that we MUST continue to make this the grand finale each year. Looking forward to their new space at the Palazzo.

   We recently visited this restaurant and opted for the ultimate tasting menu. The food was great—creative flavors and high-quality ingredients that really showcased the chef’s skills. However, the service left some to be desired. It felt rushed, as though the staff was eager to move us along, which detracted from the overall dining experience. The atmosphere didn’t quite match the price point either. It lacked the warmth or elegance you’d expect for the cost of the tasting menu. Overall, it was a good meal, but given the rushed service and underwhelming ambiance, we wouldn’t return to its current location.

   Loved our waiter SUNDAY and the amazing food. Yes, it is pricey, but you are paying for amazing food, service and experience. It’s ok to treat yourself, so please check this restaurant out if you want amazing quality meat. FYI/Heads up: This restaurant will be moving to the Venetian after July 31. Sunday was an absolute gentleman. He is very knowledgeable on the menu and offered EXCELLENT recommendations. We had the Philly cheesesteak (a must try), Neptune pillows (a must try) and the WAGYU ribeye (2 lb minimum) along with some sides: mushroom, peppers, and mashed potatoes. For dessert we had icecream: banana, burnt cinnamon and dark chocolate. Highly recommend all the food we tried. We forgot to order the “tacos”. That just gives us another opportunity to come back and check this place out once they’re settled in at the Venetian. We loved our experience!

   Bazaar Meat restaurant is my guilty pleasure whenever I go to Vegas. The food is delicious. Our waiter was fantastic. Always a great date night experience.

   Second visit and they both have been incredible! Amazing food, tremendous service and great ambiance. Like anything at this level of quality, it’s not a cheap meal but it’s worth the splurge. If you want a special steakhouse experience, this is a place you need to visit. Check with the restaurant as it may be moving to the Palazzo and will be temporarily close for the move.
