   Loved our waiter SUNDAY and the amazing food. Yes, it is pricey, but you are paying for amazing food, service and experience. It’s ok to treat yourself, so please check this restaurant out if you want amazing quality meat. FYI/Heads up: This restaurant will be moving to the Venetian after July 31. Sunday was an absolute gentleman. He is very knowledgeable on the menu and offered EXCELLENT recommendations. We had the Philly cheesesteak (a must try), Neptune pillows (a must try) and the WAGYU ribeye (2 lb minimum) along with some sides: mushroom, peppers, and mashed potatoes. For dessert we had icecream: banana, burnt cinnamon and dark chocolate. Highly recommend all the food we tried. We forgot to order the “tacos”. That just gives us another opportunity to come back and check this place out once they’re settled in at the Venetian. We loved our experience!

   Second visit and they both have been incredible! Amazing food, tremendous service and great ambiance. Like anything at this level of quality, it’s not a cheap meal but it’s worth the splurge. If you want a special steakhouse experience, this is a place you need to visit. Check with the restaurant as it may be moving to the Palazzo and will be temporarily close for the move.

   The food was honestly quite unimpressive. Apart from the foia gras, nothing really stood out and I’ve prepared food that is just as good for a tenth of the price.

   Our waiter, Sunday, was a total legend. This place is amazing. We had the best jamon Cinco J’s makes on the best Spanish bread I’ve had since I actually lived in Spain. Can we talk about the Philly Cheese Steak? I could have eaten about 20 for dinner alone, but we got the whipped potatoes (which is 90% butter 🤤), carrots, and a ribeye steak that was aged to perfection, and cooked like it was our last meal. I can’t stand Vegas, but I’d go back just for this experience again. Slow clap, Jose Andres. Slow clap.

   The best dining experience - every dish and the service…no notes. Highly recommend the José Way Tasting Menu for the full experience. You’ll enjoy everything!

    The food was very good - but also pricy. We all had the tasting menu and felt that the portions were not very generous. The service was not bad, but visits from the server were few and far between All-in-all we each paid over $300 for the meal, but found that the servings were very frugal.
