Bbar offers a unique and mouth-watering take on Afternoon Tea, available daily, and an enticing Pre-Theatre Set Menu for guests looking for an early evening dining experience.

I got a reservation because I assumed it would be busy due to theatre crowd. Surprised to see restaurant was almost empty. I’d say everything was just average. Disappointed theatre menu consisted only of a cheeseburger or fish and chips or vegan option. Had a long wait for everything with showtime approaching. With service charge a cheeseburger a fish and chips and one drink (which was excellent) was over $75 pounds. Will look for other options next time.

Good food choices and excellent service. Nice drinks list too. Went there for a business related meeting and it's a great venue for drinks or friends and families too.

Was looking forward to the Fish & chips afternoon tea as a birthday treat. Did tell restaurant but not acknowledged. Food was well presented and tasty. However, menus stated came with pickled egg and curry sauce, both missing, but still on the menu. Sadly we didn’t realise until we left and reflected. Pleasant server although wrong cocktail delivered it was quickly changed. Nice enough but wouldn’t recommend for a special occasion especially with 15% added for service.

The fish and chip afternoon tea was a great idea and a much larger portion than expected. Luckily they had to go boxes as we didn't have room for all the cakes! The cheesecake in particular was really delicious!

Went there for just drinks Extensive drinks menu and the service was very good Would have ideally sat away from the people eating but overall a nice place with good people working there

The manager was excellent- he had taken note of our requests eg quiet table. Staff were friendly and polite . It was a shame that so few dishes were available

Really nice restaurant and also good place to meet near victoria - unfortunately a few of the best sellers were already 'out' so I would suggest getting there early.

Welcoming atmosphere and excellent food. Small salad portions are very generous. Cheescake is a must try! Soothing live music. Will definitely be back!
