   Booked a 10:00pm reservation. Restaurant closes at 11:00pm but it was clear the staff was already checked out. The chef was amazing, courteous, and accommodating. The lemonade was terrible tasted super watered down. So then we asked for DR pepper instead and it was flat and also watered down. Our meal included an ice cream dessert which never came. And the staff rarely checked on us to take plates or provide refills. I wish there was an option to tip the chef separately because everyone outside of the chef was terrible.

   I love this place every time we go we're never disappointed I had shrimp diablo and my fiance had steak and chicken with added shrimp the food is always fresh and extremely tasty the cooks are always nice and very considerate we will definitely be going back soon.    One of our party had a gluten free meal prepared in the back. We appreciate the accommodation but It came while everyone else was having their appetizers so they were done with their food before our chef even appeared. Timing should be when our chef comes out so should the special order.

   The food and service at the table was great. Where we had an issue was our bill didn’t come at least a half an hour after dinner, then supposedly the couldn’t process our gift card! In total it took over an hour to get our bill and leave. If your gift cards are hard to process, stop making them! I was very disappointed and my husband absolutely will refuse to ever go there again!

   Our table air vent was not working. It was extremely smoky and most of our food was overcooked or slightly burnt. Servers and chef were very nice and helpful. Not our best meal at Benihana’s.

   I love coming here. This is the only location I come to and have celebrated birthdays, anniversary and now celebrated my first holiday yes the wait time is a lil long but so worth it. The drinks and cocktails are amazing. Will always recommend 😇

    Service was not comparable to what you pay for. Server left, without explanation at the end. Charged incorrectly, new server showed up and seemed annoyed at taking over. It was just not the best experience.
