   Very good experience. Celebrated a birthday and chef was so nice and food delicious. Servers so sweet. Loved the family pic too.

   Did not get seated until well after an hour past our reservation time, despite arriving and checking in early. Apparently everyone else was in the same situation, which lead to having a restaurant full of ticked off customers. Very negative atmosphere for a place that's supposed to be fun. Go somewhere else for your special occasion.

   The portions served to everyone was NOT equal. I was given less than 1/2 as to the others at the table each and every time and I paid more for our choices. Also, the Filet Mignon and chicken had absolutely no flavor.

   Very surprised as we have been here many times. Server was very bad and I think he just left. Food lacking the normal good flavor

   The teppan yaki show was on par with previous experiences: entertaining and energetic! Food quality was very good but quite simple as one would expect. It’s sautéed, cut up, and seasoned with S&P, soy sauce, and garlic butter. Adrian the chef was nice, funny, and skilled! The PROBLEM was the excessive wait time. The occasion was my mother’s NINETIETH BIRTHDAY, And despite have reservations for 7:30, we had to wait 45 minutes to be seated and at least a full hour before the cooking began. Poor mom was wilting. I was highly annoyed since all of us left our work places early to fight the Friday night traffic and arrive at the restaurant on time. They were running terribly behind schedule. The teppan table next to us perhaps waited even longer….they literally watched our chef arrive, cook our dinners, clean the grill top and leave, before their chef made an appearance. Anaheim Benihana really needs to improve their scheduling protocol and avoid overbooking.

   Great service tonight by all staff from front of the house who seated us to the wait staff and the chef. This is the first time in years we have had this service at this location. Impressive how they turned around the service from what it was just a few months ago. Wondering if maybe new management.

   Food was burned. the steak we ordered was way over cooked. Shrimp was burned. Rice was also burned and didn’t taste like the traditional Benihana rice.

   I loved our cook, Tony bologna and our waitresses were awesome. The food came on time. We waited longer than the reservation, but once we got sat down, our food came out promptly and drinks so they took care of us. It was for my birthday and I had a great time .
