   Disappointing Experience at My Son’s 19th Birthday Dinner I wanted to share my recent experience at your restaurant, as I brought my son there for the very first time to celebrate his 19th birthday. While our waiter was wonderful and did check in on us throughout the evening, the overall experience was unfortunately very disappointing. We had a reservation at 7:00 PM but didn’t begin eating until nearly 9:00 PM. It seemed that there was a mix-up, as the chef who was supposed to serve our table was sent elsewhere, and even after the issue was recognized, we still had to wait. When the chef did arrive, he seemed disengaged and rushed, which made the experience feel less special especially for a first-time guest celebrating a birthday. By the time our food was finally cooked and served, most of us were already full from waiting and sipping drinks. We barely had time to enjoy our meals before to-go boxes were being handed out, which only added to the sense that we were being rushed out. I spent $200 for this birthday dinner, and I honestly expected a more enjoyable and memorable evening for my son. While I appreciate our server’s effort to apologize, nothing else was done to acknowledge the inconvenience, and it left us feeling disappointed on what should have been a special night. Thank you for taking the time to hear this feedback. But our server he was amazing and did a great job.

   We attempted to go to dinner. Reservation was at 7:00 pm. Didn’t get seated until 8:00 at a table that was added to the hibachi, so we could not have even seen the chef. We ended up leaving after another 15 minutes when no server showed up. The hostess was inept and overwhelmed and rude. This is the first poor review I have ever done of a place. I get they were busy but the treatment was unacceptable.

   Thomas did a good job preparing for our chef, Jordan. He was very good. The food was tasty but pricey. The extra charge of $6 for fried rice, $6 lemonade was very expensive. If we had known this we probably would have chosen the steak and chicken entree and just had regular sodas.

   The experience was ok. No extreme issues. The noise level is high and would be great for family gatherings and birthdays. Not good for a quiet meal.

   Benihana provided an Easter Brunch menu along with a regular full menu as well. We were SO IMPRESSED with the service we received today for Easter Brunch. We know this was new for everyone today and y'all did a heck of a job. Everyone was honest which helped with our expectations but the expectations were EXCEEDED!! The service was AMAZING from the time we walked in, until we left out to get our lollipops from the security officer 😊 my entire family was very happy with their experience today, some being first timers to Benihana, so thank you all SO MUCH for not just amazing food, but 10/10 dining experience today for such a special occasion.

   One of the worst experiences ever. 2 hour wait to be serviced even after being seated at our teppanyaki table. Slow, Unprofessional and overall poor experience. Loved the young lady who serviced us after the original server said he had other tables so he’s gonna pass us on to someone else. That guy was rude and only hustling for tips. It was the young lady’s second day working and she took on that curve ball seamlessly, although if I was her, I would walk away from that toxic work environment. Manager on duty seemed to have wanted to rectify the situation and did the best she could do. Overall, I will probably not return. But I loved the chef and am grateful for the experience!
