   Unfortunately despite our reservation, we were seated after waiting for an hour! Also, the women's restroom was out of toilet paper & paper towels so I noticed the staff. When I went to the bathroom the second time, 45 min later, this had not been addressed. The manager was apologetic, but this was still incredibly disappointing. Also, they raised their prices and now charge an extra $7 for fried rice.

   I’ve always loved Benihana. One of my all time favorites. But-1st, prices are crazy high and-2nd, our chef was not great. He was sloppy and food not evenly cooked. Also, the fried rice ratio of veggie and chicken to rice was lacking the veggies and chicken. I am not sure I will eat there again. Very sad.

   We came with a big group for a birthday. All food was delicious and even gave us more than we had ordered!

   Put us in back room - FREEZING COLD the entire time Holiday menu was provided but never explained until we had to ask Apparently they were out of mushrooms- but again weren’t notified until meat was cooked and I asked what about mushrooms

    What a super fun time we had! The food was delicious. Our kids loves watching Shane cook for us. He did an amazing job. I recommend this to all families wanting a great experience and delicious food! Thanks Shane !
