   Due to the crowd size the seating was running 30 minutes late. The 6 of us sat in the bar, ordering very expensive drinks. We waited well over the 30 minutes. Usually in years past, since we go to Beni Hana every xmas, they will come and get you when your table is ready. I heard by the grace of God that my phone was ringing. It was the reception letting me know our table was ready????? I also found that I had a few text messages??? Again, they usually just call our name and we are eager and ready to go to the table. They were calling other names, just not ours. They also ran out of ice cream? No fault of the wait staff. Odd thing to happen on one of their busiest days of the year. One of us had an entree that was also forgotten. Had to bring it after everyone had eaten. I guess we should have spoken up a little sooner, but this is a family tradition every year, so hopefully they will do better next year. The average cost was about $50 per person dinner only. We opted for water after spending $100 in the bar waiting for our table.

   We had a reservation for the bar and lounge. My partner and I are fans of the food but appreciate sitting in the lounge. We’ve done this many times in the past but had never been to this location. We get there and it’s PACKED. We let them know our reservation and the front desk just points at the bar. We walk back and the lounge is closed. We ask the kind bartenders if the lounge was open as we had a reservation and they said “we don’t know it might be closed”. It’s Christmas Day, we’re hungry, and neither one of us drink. We decided to sit at the bar and order. It took over an hour to get food. The whole time hosts were screaming..”Cindy party of five”. Because everyone waiting for their table of course crammed into the bar area.. which is pretty tight. I am still just wondering why on earth I needed to put a reservation two weeks ahead of time for that. I could have walked in and sat at the bar literally any time. Still upset and should have gone with McDonalds. We were also told the long wait time was because to go orders were backed up. I’ve worked in the food industry and if it gets this busy you should be prioritizing guests in your restaurant.

   They were 30 minutes behind & then they try to rush you to chose what you want to eat and it's a holiday menu not the full menu. Asking for the full menu will get you a big sigh & a dirty look when given to you. The cook was cool and the food was good but the service sucked. The noise level was so high you had to yell to talk to the person right next to you. I was very disappointed 😞

   Fun time had by all. Enjoyable evening. Wait for table was a little long but was to be expected.

   PACKED, and the wait was waaay too long on 12/24. Had reservations but had to wait an hour and 45 min. Need to do better and not over book. You're running your staff ragged.

   When we checked in for our large family dinner reservation we were told that they double booked the whole restaurant and our wait would be an hour minimum. We waited two hours and no one ever seated us. Worst experience ever

   We had to wait an hour and 15 minutes for our table detour having a 6 pm confirmed reservation.

   We waited over an hour for our reserved table. Then we waited for xtra long for service to our table. Disappointed.

    The service is always good, the food is always tasty, the prices are always higher than they should be. I am not sure if they were understaffed, overbooked, or had issues with a few tables, but they were telling everyone they were behind by 30-45 minutes. Thats a pretty significant amount, especially with the volume of people coming in and then not offering some sort of 10% off coupon to people to come back, or maybe a free drink for each person in the party, or I have no idea what possibly could have been done but it was a bit ridiculous to be off by that much with so many tables at a place that generally handles the time and turnover pretty handily. That said, we will be back as we do almost every year.
