   Second time we’ve waited an hour past our reservation time at this location. Only thing that salvaged our night for my mom’s birthday was our chef Diego.

   There was no point for a reservation.... we did not get to eat tell after 9pm!! And we where supposed to have a 7pm reservation why did we have to wait for over an hr to even be seated?

   We had a birthday lunch for my mom. It wasn’t crowded but still expensive. The food was great but the best part was the chef, Shrimp Shady. Homey has all the dad jokes but never a dull moment and kept things moving. He made it a lot of fun and would recommend to check out. They gave us a group pic at the table to take home too. 😂👍🍤

   Don’t worry about reservations. Placed a reservation for 7:15pm. Didn’t get table until 8:45pm. Pointless people who just walked in and placed name on a list got sat before us. Party of four.

   Went for an anniversary dinner. Was good, as expected but did not prefer shrimp appetizer at the end. Prefer to have as an appetizer.

    Our reservation was at 6:45, we PATIENTLY checked back at 7:10 then at 7:30 and they realized they skipped over us. When they finally sat us at 8pm, the group of 5 with us was also supposed to be seated at 7pm. The chef Justin was amazing, he put life back into the table & the food was great which is the only thing that gets a decent review. Our waitress was irritated that we were irritated and she was very busy with other tables. We never got anything unless we asked for it and not a single thing got taken away, we had piles of dirty dishes and trash on the table. We felt like when we asked for water refills or a napkin or silverware- we were such an annoyance to her. We have been to Benihana’s many times but this time really sucked. The chef started actually cooking at 8:45 and by 9:30 the whole table was pretty much ready to leave. They did give us a $30 discount but when we are also given an attitude the entire dinner- it wasn’t enough. Especially when we still tipped 20% on the entire dinner before the discount. The bathrooms were disgusting, over flowing with trash and no toilet paper in the women’s restroom. Trash on the floor everywhere throughout the restaurant and the employees standing around including the manager would just walk past without picking it up. At 9:30 we asked for the check and to go boxes and didn’t even get to pay til about 9:55. My 12 yr old said, “I have to be in bed in 5 minutes” and the whole table laughed. The waitress tried to make it better by saying that this always happens. If that were the truth then they should stop overbooking themselves. We did feel bad that she was very busy but it also sucks when we pay almost $200 for a not so great experience.
