    Went there for Thanksgiving evening meal, so the wait time was high even though we had made a reservation. However, in all fairness, the place was mobbed and this should not be a mark against them. Service was slightly slow, but again, jammed packed with diners and they worked hard. Chef was excellent and put on a good show. All in all a good time for us (day before my birthday), so that became part of the celebration.

    Service was horribly slow. Took us over 2 hours from arrival with reservation with A LOT of sitting around. We were left in a corner and forgotten about. Food was decent but odd that fried rice, one of the main staples of teppanyaki was not included. Very smokey in the entire restaurant. Ventilation definitely needs a looking into.

    It’s was terrible, we had a reservation at 2pm and they said they didn’t have enough staff. when we finally had a table they mess up with the food so the food wasn’t ready on time. When we finished ( after we wait more then 1 hour the get the food) they charge me more so I asked for the manager, he took forever to come to the table and then apologize and charge me the right amount. But if I didn’t doble check they will charge more than what we consume. Overall: really bad service. I gave them one star because I can’t give them less. Very disappointing.

    Maury was amazing!!! He was very professional but yet funny! He kept us all entertained and engaged throughout the entire meal! If I could give more than five stars I would!! Great experience

    Our chef Diego was absolutely fantastic and the food was amazing. Our server. Looked like she was having a bad night…rolled her eyes when we asked for water and wasn’t very attentive to the table. Overall though fun experience and Diego and the food offset the server experience.

    Main service was good and the cook put on a good show. The vent wasn’t working though and people at the table were coughing the whole time. Although the cook did try to get management to do something, management didn’t do anything nor seem to care everyone was coughing.

    We made reservations for 5:00 PM and arrived 20 minutes early. To our surprise we were seated immediately. Although we have been to Benihana many times the server went over the menu for the entire table. Danny our chef was entertaining and a skillful cook. We will request Danny in the future.

    Very disappointed and dissatisfied with my visit. I understand part of what you are paying for is the show, but that was lacking as well. I ordered a beer and when finished I asked for a 2nd and have slid the empty can and dirty cup towards the waitress. She insisted I use the same dirty cup for my new beer like there was some sort of shortage. There was warm beer leftover I didn’t want but was basically forced to drink. The quality of the food was very low, especially for the prices paid. The flavors very bland. The worst part was I ordered my filet mignon medium rare and it was cooked well done. Very disappointing. The chef started out telling us everything she was doing and doing a few tricks. But a few minutes into it, went dead silent and no more show. Just finished cooking. No throwing shrimp or anything else fun like I have seen and experienced in the past. Based on the visit, this will be the last time I ever go to Benihana and suggest others consider better options as well.

    Our chef was OK our service was fine. Our food was a little overcooked, and our chef seem to hurry through everything
