   We did not get seated until 45 minutes after our reservation. Our server barely came by us. It was disappointing when we saw other tables some after us and get served before us. Our chef wasn't to energetic but he probably felt the bad vibes.

   We had a “surprise” dinner reservation for my husband’ 30th birthday. The staff were very pleasant to work with. Our party wasn’t all there on time, and I truly appreciate the patience from the staff. They weren’t rude or irritated about it, which helped me not feel so anxious. They accommodated our big party of 14. The food was delicious, servers were working really hard and maintained a friendly spirit. We will definitely celebrate there again. Thank you Concord Benihanas! Oh and they took a group picture with a Benihanas picture for free! Great memories 😁

   It was my husband’s birthday We drove over an hour to come to this location, and both of our first time at Benihana. I made reservations for 7pm and wasn’t sat at a grill until 8:20pm. But prior to that they said they called and texted me which I had ZERO calls nor texts, we had the gentleman repeat the number to us when we checked in. So after the rudeness of the manager and having to show him my call log another young lady said she’d sit us at a table. After that interaction my husband wasn’t into it and didn’t want them to sing him happy birthday. (No birthday discount was given). however The chef was really nice and the food was great and our server was sweet. I’d personally just would never go to this location again.

   To start off I made reservation and was called as a reminder which I appreciated. We got there and were seated fairly quickly, our server was AMAZING! She was sweet, professional and we never had to ask for drink refills. She was busy with other tables but honestly I felt like we were her only table by the excellent service she gave us. She was timely with our soup and salad and also with our dessert as the chef/cook prepared the rest of our meal. The food was cooked to perfection and our cook was very engaging. We went for my son's 40th birthday and it was really a win!! We will return!

   A birthday celebration for my 92 year old Mom and her three sisters. A total of 8 of us. The dining experience was wonderful. Our cook did a great job both prep as well as entertaining everyone. Food done to perfection. The server kept us happy with drink refills and timely questions. Thank you for helping make the day special.

   Our reservation was at 7:15. Was never told they were running late. We were seated at 8:20. Server came over about 8:55. Then our chef started on the other grill. Perceded to make our fried rice on the other grill, which was over cooked (crunchy) Then came over to ours and rushed thru the entire meal. We pay for a show when you go there. There was no show. After all of our food was finally done…which was 10:00….they decided to come back over and do the onion fire tunnel. It was the worst we have ever had there. We were givin a 20% discount. Sure wasn’t enough, not sure any amount would have been enough. It will be a while before we come back.

   We arrived at 6:00 for a 6:15. We were finally seated around 7:30. We were asked to order drinks 7:45 and food at 8. While we waited over an hour in the lobby/bar a patron started a fight and then was dragged out by staff. While this happened one of our children was knocked down - his birthday btw.     We had to wait 15 mins to be seated after our reservation time which is ok. After sitting at the table we had no server for more than one hour. We were told that the servers were backlogged . Some tables did get empty but no one showed up. We had to go to the manager 3 times to let him know. 2 people from our table left out of frustration. However our servers were courteous and the chef was great. But there was no apology from the management . The food overall was pretty good and we enjoyed the show put up by the chef.
