   Very bad! One of the worse experiences I had in a restaurant. Arrived 5 minutes earlier with family l, even though they let né waiting for more than 25 minutes to place us in a table. After seated, we stayed another hour or more without the food. Onky when we decided to leave the place, they sent a chef to start cooking. When we claimed about the situation, the nanager was rude and combative. I never saw someghing like that. Food is good, but the overal experience was very very bad... It serms they don't have enough people to support the activity and it is for sure very badly managed. Ah, to pay I spent another 20 minutes at least, because they didn't know how to deal with a Benihana Gift Card... It was supposed to be a good time with my family, but that people made it a very bad experience overall.

   The food and service was excellent. We had a party of 10 and it was very cramped at the hibachi table. We got seated almost an hour after our reservation. If you go on a holiday I guess this is expected but be prepared.

   Fun experience. Food was very good. Receptionists were a little unfriendly and we were seated late. Overall, very good food. Servers and chef were great

   Here’s a positive review you could use: We had a wonderful experience at Benihana! Our server was not only friendly but also had a great sense of humor, which added to the fun atmosphere. Despite being busy, he was attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was delicious, and the margaritas from the bar were fantastic. This was our first time visiting this location, and everything exceeded our expectations. No complaints—just a great dining experience! We’ll definitely be back.
