   The absolute worst meal and service I’ve had all year. I should have asked for a refund. We didn’t even get half of what we ordered and what we did get was inedible.

   This experience was sub-par to other times friends and I have went. It was told that there's a new staff there now, which probably would explain the half empty restaurant - on a Tuesday. The prices of everything has drastically gone up; maybe that's the cause as well. The food was good though, but I guess we're used to the 'abundance' of food like before. #spoiledus

   The worst experience I’ve ever had will never come here again Our server took our food order before asking us if we wanted something to drink the chef never acknowledged any of us at the table no tricks or entertainment at all he dropped the utensils on the ground multiple times without getting a new one and only wiping it on the rag the server never came back to refil water or get other drinks ordered before the chef was even done cleaning the table the server was bringing boxes and our bill over without asking about dessert or anything super rude considering it was my birthday …….. I will never come back to this restaurant again

   I've been to other Benihana's on the West Coast and this one was by far the worst. Inside seems very run down and poorly cared for. Service was mediocre at best. Food wasn't bad, slightly on the salty side.

   We had a really great experience at Benihana! They were chef took a while to come out but once he did he was great! The waitress was one of the best we have had there!!

    Waited over an hour for a chef. I when the chef arrived the chef the chef experience was rushed and some of the food was burnt
