   Dined here to celebrate my daughters 15th birthday. Food was good but restaurant was extremely busy and waiter was overwhelmed and unpleasant. Our chef was very dry and not engaging but food was tasty.

   Food along with the chef and waiter service was excellent. The only negative was that they were running about 25 minutes or so behind on our reservation. I think they overbooked judging by how crowded the lobby and bar waiting area was when we got there at 7:30pm. The food and service at the table however made up for it.

   Good visit, this is a classic location , been going there since I was kid, decades 😏. The crowd was huge, putting reservations back 45 minutes. Once seated, we were attended to right away, service was prompt and efficient. Staff was great, pleasant to talk with and helpful Only thing that I would suggest is start renovating the location to be more in line with other locations. Bathroom is small and able to handle the large crowd.

   We made reservations and sat 30 minutes late. Restaurant definitely needs an upgrade.

   First time in 20+ years and was pleasantly surprised. Service was great food good not fantastic but certainly better than average. The theatre of it didn’t disappoint especially for the kids. Overall a good experience.

   We love Benihanas! We usually have a wonderful experience unfortunately this time we were taken aback by the filthy floor and substandard service. We went on a busy night so I hate to leave a bad review but the restaurant also ran out of ice cream by 9pm. Additionally, our cook forgot to serve me rice and forgot to serve chicken to another party at our table. The floor should at least be cleaned in between parties. I hope to go back and have a better experience.

   We come on Christmas every year and David was by far the best chef we’ve had! We loved his personality and energy, and as always, the food was excellent!

    Our chef was fantastic: considerate and wonderful and funny. However, we had a reservation and still had to wait 50 minutes to be seated. We understand it’s a holiday but the wait was tough with three young kids. Our server seemed harried—she was very sweet but got orders wrong and forgot items altogether. Members of our party were given dirty forks. Fortunately, we weren’t charged for the missed items. So overall the food and chef were great, but the management clearly needs more servers for bigger holidays.
