   Kept us waiting for our 7pm table for a full half hour. Then once sat. Waited another 20 for chef. This seems to b benihanas MO. Everyone we talk to says they keep u waiting. A 7:30 pm turned into an 8:30. Too long

   I would not go to this Benihana. It is understaffed and not a great experience. It is definitely not family friendly. The food, when it came, was good (who doesn’t love fried rice)….We sat for an hour with 3 little kids before our food came. Also know for big groups there is a tip automatically included (no one mentioned this to me). I inadvertently added a 20% tip on top of the terrible service. The only bright spot was that our chef, Ricardo, was great.

   Had 7:15 reservation didn’t get seated till Almost 8:42 Not even a hey I’m sorry but now I know why they have armed security there. Beni rolling in his grave I’m sorry

   Great experience as we went there for my husband birthday. Ambience was good and this location by far is my favorite. We were over looking the water which was very nice. The only thing I thought was not so great, I thought they would have done something nice for a birthday and nothing. But that’s ok, it still was good.

   I made a reservation for 10:15pm to celebrate my birthday/valentines day. We get there at 10pm. Check in. They send us to an overflow room. After a 30 min wait past our reservation i check in with the young ladies at the desk (i interrupted their cursing and laughing fit they were having). I asked how much longer before we are seated. She said she was still seating reservations for 9-945. The waiter in the overflow room said we could order and eat in there we just would miss the view of the water and the experience of a chef cooking for us. I ordered steak hibachi with veggie rice and with shrimp added (extra $13.50) My uncle ordered salmon hibachi with veggie rice. We get our food around 1130 NEITHER OF US HAS RICE. He has salmon, noodles, and shrimp HE IS ALLERGIC TO SHRIMP. I have steak, veggies, and 2 pieces of shrimp. Waiter comes around we explain all this. They take his plate back with the shrimp and bring me out a plate of shrimp. STILLNO RICE! It is now 11:45pm I ask to speak to the manager. Some young girl brings me $20 worth of gift cards. I said thank you but i need to speak to a manager. He finally comes, i explain all this and he takes off $25 from our $145 meal. Terrible hosts, terrible kitchen, bartenders in overflow did what they could. $25 from manager....sad and unnacceptable. DO BETTER

   It took about a hour before we were seated & took an hour and a half before we were served. Basically, we got to the restaurant at 22:00 and didn't leave till 02:00 that morning. It was ridiculous 🙄 😒

    It was a busy day but it still took an hour to get a water and that was after being sat 45 minutes after reservation
