   Great food n order of items, shrimp was excellent along with salad, chicken was tough; chicken fried rice was outstanding. Had to ask for water and green tea n cook had issues getting tails into hat

   This location has gone down tremendously had a 6:30 reservation with at least 5 other parties didn't get seated until 7:00 got salad and soup didn't get appetizer until 8.:00 servers ask if you what rice you want if you say fried they don't tell you it's $7.00 for the fried rice but you can get the white rice for free. Chef and server great couldn't ask for a better pair to have entertaining us. Location needs a upgrade standing room only with 15 or more people waiting area at one time

   Great experience overall. Had to wait for over an hour past our reservation time, but still had a very enjoyable time. We understood it was probably due to New Year’s Eve challenges. Food and service were both amazing.

   We waited 45 minutes after our reservation time to get a table and then waited another 45 minutes before the soup came and we didn’t even have a chef yet.

   The server was terrible. She carried the experience for the table and we left early. The check was incorrect, she offered no help to correct the issue and the wait for the error was more than an hour. She did not care. I will not be back. Bad service lady.

   We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation time. We feel the upgrade from steamed rice to fried rice was not communicated as an upgrade and overpriced. Food tasted great but service was less than par.

   Even with a reservation, we were seated 15 minutes after we got there. But we were not actually brought out with a server until 40 minutes after being sat. Our waiter had only been on the job for a week and was trying his best but was given too many tables. The whole experience was 2 1/2 hours from start to finish. The food was actually really good despite the poor service.

   Our reservations were at 6:30, we arrived at 6:10, knowing we would need to wait until at least 6:30 to be seated. We were not set until 7:09. We order drinks and they dis not arrive until 1/2 through the cooking of the food. We ordered a second round right away and it came just as we were finishing our food. No fault to the server at all who was very pregnant. If you’re unable to accommodate reservations in a timely manner, open table so have been cut off from taking additional reservations and priority given to reservations over walk ins.

   We don’t get our table for 30 minutes past our reservation time. We were there ahead of time. Once seated it took a very long time to get drinks, probably because there was one very pregnant waitress and the poor lady had all of the tables. We couldn’t get refills even for water the whole night. The food was alright, but wasn’t much of a show. The pricing for what it was high. We kept having to remind him what we had ordered too. Overall wouldn’t return or suggest. Badly needs a renovation and cleaning and staff.

    The customer service is pretty bad in this place. I’ve been to several Benihanas and this by far is the worst, maybe they were under-staffed, no idea, but they had 1 person at the host stand and really slow servers and bartenders. Even the show isn’t as good.
