   Food was good. Service was a little slow. We waited an hour for our chef. While the food was getting cooked we starting eating some of the food on our plate, the rice came right before the last entree was done (mushrooms). By that time some of our food was already cold. Cold steak and lobster dont taste right with hot rice. Should have had the fried rice.

   Was not very great compared to other Benihana’s I’ve been too. It was even my birthday tonight and no extra efforts from the staff.

   Service was wonderful!! Price was high for the quality of food you get (I would get seafood or steak, the chicken was kind of meh) Lots of birthday celebrations the night we were there so it was very noisy and difficult to have any conversation at the table.

   I’ve been to Benihana several times so I’m not sure what happened here last night but it was such terrible service. We were 5 people with two kids. The front desk asked us if we needed a high chair, kids menu etc. I said yes, but we were placed in a table with a family of 4 and it was very crowded. They did not have a high chair ready, I asked the guy who sat us once again for a high chair, he disappeared and never came back. My mom happened to see some down the hall and had to go grab one herself. We were already very very crowded. There was not a plate or utensils for our 5th member let alone space for her. When the waitress came to take drink orders we let her know we still needed our kids menus. When she came back with the drinks she didn’t not have the kids menus still and asked if we were ready to order. I had to interrupt her to ask her for the menus again bc how can we order if we don’t have the kids menus and she asked if we had told the front desk and I said yes. She proceeded to take the other family’s order, then came back after to drop off the menus. She never gave us straws for the kids drinks or even ours. The family next to us was VERY particular about their orders yet they got all of their stuff correct and on time. But could not get us simple menus or high chairs. It was such horrible service from start to finish, we figured this is expensive food for a family of 5 and we were not already enjoying the experience, we didn’t want to waste our money so we ended up leaving.
