   Was Seated promptly, but at a cramped table. Chef was dismal, didn’t do the entertaining culinary performances and theatrical flair. No Hat Tricks.

   Very average. It was my Grandson’s bday and I called ahead. They did not do anything special, chef was boring and waitress barely spoke English . Poor service . We brought our own cake she could not even provide dessert plates, she gave us bowls. Used to be much better.

   They take way too many reservations. We waited 30 minutes for a table with a reservation. It’s a factory. Very expensive for the service and seating arrangements. Not happy and would not go back.

   Over priced for the little food you get - rice was burnt.. food didn't taste well.. place was empty yet waited 32 minutes for the chef to come cook.

   Always a great time when celebrating a special occasion at Benihana. On this occasion, we came in for an early dinner and happened to be the only ones seated at the hibachi table. It was a unique and enjoyable experience to have a private hibachi dinner cooked for us.

   This was my second time visiting this place. The first time was much better as she chef was entertaining and talking to us. The chef the second time was cool but seems a little tired and not as entertaining but he did an excellent job with the food.

   Dining in this restaurant is always a pleasurable experience. Our server, Delilia, and chef, Harris were courteous, attentive and friendly. The food was prepared perfectly and was delicious. Everyone celebrating their birthday at our table had an enjoyable experience. We all highly recommend dining here.

   It was great. Food was very good. It's so much nicer than Westbury. Staff was very nice. Bathrooms and bar was in much better shape than Westbury as well. It was packed by the time we left, im glad we have reservations. Overall, we were very pleased and from now on will be coming to Manhasset Benihana instead of Westbury.

    Food remains consistently good as it has for decades. But they've recently jacked up their prices by more than 30% since the last time I was there just a couple months ago. You also could previously ask for teriyaki sauce on your entree. Now they charge $2.50 extra on top of that 30% markup. Such nickel and dime practices just feel bad. At the new prices it just doesn't feel worth it. 4 of us in our party ordered Hibatchi rice. Chef ran out of rice before we received ours. Had to wait for the waitress to bring him more white rice to fry up - no extra chicken, just some more rice. Later, chef realized he didn't have enough chicken for my wife's order. Had to wait for them to bring more chicken to cook while the rest of us were eating. Short on food twice in the same meal???
