   We had a reservation for 6, and waited until 6:45 to be seated. The server was stressed because it was cold and they were short for cooks, and she was less than pleasant. This is the last time I visit Benihana.

   It was extremely cold and a very unfortunate birthday experience We all had to wear our winter coats during dinner to stay warm.

   Other than our chef and food our party of 6 had a horrible experience. It was so cold in the restaurant we could see our breath, no joke. We had to wear our winter coats the entire meal. Our reservation was for 5:45pm and we didn't get seated until almost 6:30. Once seated 4 of the 6 plates were dirty, one had a piece of hair on it and the others had food still on them. One guest didn't get served their drink and when they did it wasn't what he ordered but he drank it anyways afraid of how long it'd be before he could get the right one. Extremely disappointed considering the price and 20% service fee that they add to the bill that apparently isn't for a tip!!!

   The food was bad the app took long already had food and it was wrong. The food was not the same as normal. We eat at Benihana at least once a month, and take out 2-3 times a months. I know what it should be like. It was not the normal. I understand off day but not at the prices of the menu to eat in.

   Food was decent, service was good. Prices were insane…. Kids menu $28, kids lemonade $6… $9 for a domestic beer and $17 for a small (tasty) cocktail. Family of 4 cost $270… Would not go again with young children, and only for a very special occasion.

   I showed up at 9:15 with a reservation was excited to check out a new place got to the bar menu was a bit confusing because I guess they were going under a new menu construction. The bartender was swift with a drink however I ordered an experience. What I ended up getting was a five course meal all put right in front of me. I was very disappointed and overwhelmed which in turn made my appetite go away and I was annoyed seeing this isn’t normally a venue I can afford, but seeing as though it was a whim of a decision to stay in town because of bad weather, I thought why not treat yourself. I took all of the food back to my hotel room. I felt rushed the ticket was already in front of me. I explained this to the bartender that he would’ve gotten a much larger tip. Had he given me the experience, he agreed that was it.

    The chef had been told twice that someone in our group had a severe allergy to seafood, it was even printed on our receipt, and he still forgot and would have exposed that person’s meat to seafood had we not been paying attention. The server was at a loss as to what the vegetarian options were, and the price for a vegetarian meal was still the same price as an entree that included meat. There was a freezing draft throughout the whole restaurant so lots of people wore winter jackets. The server said he tried to do something to increase the temperature but was unable to do so. Many alcoholic drinks were overpriced.
