   The service and the waiters and waitresses and the staff in our chef was great. The atmosphere was great and to celebrate my birthday with you guys at Benihana’s was awesome as well thank you again.

   It’s been a while since we last visited Benihana, so we decided to go for Thanksgiving lunch with my family. Unfortunately, we were told we couldn’t order from the lunch menu, which was disappointing. This policy should have been communicated clearly on their website or through a dedicated holiday menu. We ended up paying full price for all our entrées, which would have been acceptable if the food and service lived up to previous experiences. Sadly, the soup and salad dressing were overly salty and inedible, while the entrées were bland. To add to the disappointment, our host appeared unhappy and seemed reluctant to be working on Thanksgiving, which affected the overall atmosphere. The one bright spot of the visit was the chef, who was friendly and did his best to entertain us. However, at $75 per person, the experience just wasn’t worth it

   We have been going to Benihana for birthdays for years. This year we decided to sit at the table in the sushi bar area. No waitress came to our table for over 15 minutes. One waitress was eating dinner at the corner. We finally called someone to give us menus. We both ordered the $39 Taste of Benihana. The food was terrible. California rolls my husband had no avocados and no taste. The hibachi shrimps I had was not fresh and very small. They forgot the dipping sauces and we had to ask someone to bring them. The hibachi chicken rice took forever - after we finished the entrees. We just took it home. I don't know whether they were shorthanded but we have seen waiters/waitress just walking around. This is one of the worst experiences we had at Benihana.

   There is no better Teppan grill, then Benihana’s! The food is always on point. The service here was OK. We were celebrating a birthday and we did not get a traditional picture. It was extremely busy for Tuesday night, but we made reservations and were seated timely. The parking for this location is horrendous.
