   Waited for 1/2 hour to get appetizer. 45 minutes for a chef to come and prepare food. Food was good. Very noisy in there.

   Our chef was slow but good. The back area was freezing to the point where we couldn’t enjoy our meal or entertainment. The grill was extremely hot and burnt our veggies, they were not good. The salmon and the soup were very salty. The service was very kind. The steak and rice were delicious. We didn’t get a birthday picture bc the machine was jammed and the manager couldn’t fix it. Overall, I’m sorry to say this was my daughters worst experience

   Restaurant was backed up so we were seated an hour and 45 mins AFTER our reservation time. Chef was good and food was flavorful. We didn’t get served our green tea. I realized that after we had left. Nobody at our table received it.

   Had a very unfortunate time. Server never removed our old dishes. Never refilled our drinks. Then when he did our soda was flat.

   Seated per reservation. Service for meal was slow. Cooks were not asian. Small portions but tasted good. Prices getting a little steep for portion size. Overall everything was ok but cooks don't put on much of a show like in the past.

    I was part of a party of 4. We have visited Benihana numerous times over more than the last two decades. Yesterday’s visit is showing that despite prices going up, quality has definitely gone down. I ordered the lunch boat w/ filet minon. Sadly , it tasted freezer burned. Same higher price for that cut of meat. But, the quality was poor. The other people in my party seemed to enjoy their food. Service was good.
