   Been here several times but this was the worst. Server did not tell anyone about the uncharged for the fried rice. The cook,AJ, did not serve the correct meal to my wife or another guest. My wife ordered the teriyaki steak with colossal shrimp med rare. Steak was over cooked and forgot the teriyaki and the shrimp was given to another guest. When cook was told about the steak missing the teriyaki he just poured it on the steak on her plate. Totally unacceptable. Had to get the shrimp and over cooked it and forgot the lemon. We did not get compensated for any of his cooking mistakes. This will be the last time here.

   We had Chef Gary and let me tell you, he definitely knows how to engage with his guests. Kaycie was our beverage host and she kept on top of drinks and any other needs. We frequent this location every trip to Orlando. We will definitely ask for Chef Gary again!!!

   Waited about 40 minutes to seat, had a person that was intoxicated that kept been an nuisance. Chef barely spoke and presentation was not engaging as he looked uncomfortable and new at his position. Do not add the noodles as they are not worth the additional cost. Overall my one and done for me.

   Our server introduced himself by recommending the 39 per person Taste of Benihana deal and implied that it should be “more within our budget” when we never said or mentioned anything about a budget. It felt like an implication that, based on our appearance, we couldn't afford the regular experience. We were there for an hour and a half and were only checked on once by our server. A server from another section was nice enough to check on us and bring us a to-go box. Then, when asked for our opinion on the meal and overall experience, I gave him my honest opinion, which was the following: the food wasn’t up to par for what I expected, and it was bland. Our server proceeded to respond by telling us to do the hibachi experience to have our food fresh since we only had a line cook versus a hibachi chef.   I could barely get my question out about parking validation before the server interrupted by basically telling us to go up front to get it done by a host. Overall, customer service was horrible by most of the staff; even the man that did our parking validation was blatantly rude. Hopefully, we can save another young couple from a negative experience as damning as this one. Take her to KPot, Kobe’s, or even IHop to have better customer service, a better meal, and an overall better experience. Unfortunately, we left a 20% tip they did not deserve. If you’re a person of color wanting to have the bare minimum restaurant experience at this Benihana’s location, good luck, Charlie.

   We had an 8pm reservation. We were told they were running late and we said no problem. We were seated at 8:15 in the back of restaurant. After 20 mins someone finally took our drink order. It took another 15 mins for it to arrive. We asked to put in the order as we were ready. He took the order, but we then sat an additional 30 mins with no service. At 9:20 we got up to leave. We saw our waiter standing with two male managers. We stated that we were leaving as we had sat for over an hour with no service . The waiter simply said the soup is almost ready. The managers never said a word , no apology , no explanation . They simply watched us leave. I’m shocked Never again

   Wait time after being seated was ridiculous. We had reservations at 8p, seated by 8:10p server showed up at 8:35p, drinks arrived at 8:55, half the table up and left as they couldn’t wait anymore. Then chef showed up at 9:06! She was awesome, no issues with that.

   It was an overall amazing experience! It was my first time, and the food was delicious. Our cook was Gary, and he treated us like family. Would definitely do it again!

    We had a fantastic chef, wonderful food, the service was really slow. Took 15 minutes for us to be seated, another 15 minutes before getting our drink/food order. Other tables around us got seated later but were eating before us. This used to be the best Benihana that I’ve been to, but it seems like they are slipping down to just average. Hopefully that’s not true.
