   Worst experience ever at a Beni Hana’s. The ambiance was similar that of Chucky Cheese at its worst. Our server was trying to tell us the specials but she had to get the manager because she could not hear herself. First of all, we checked in & it took 40 minutes to get seated & then another 30 minutes to get our drinks. Noise persisted through dinner. Total time from when we got there until we left was almost 3 hours and not a pleasant 3 hours.

   I'm only giving this a 1 because negative numbers aren't an option. Wow! The chaos and lack of professionalism is off the charts. Reservation was for 2 people at 7pm. We got our food at 8:45. My 600 lb Life was playing on the TV and showing a naked woman getting sponge bath. I had to track down the bar tender to turn it off. 1 waitress with NO support handling the bar area. Avoid at all cost.

   Although we had a reservation, we waited more than an hour to get seated. Once we got seated, we were rushed through our meal. Evidently, their reservation system is not working and is accepting more reservations than the restaurant can hold.

   Under $30 is incorrect as there is nothing under $36 per person if you want the hibachi. Most of its $45+ But other than that it was great for the whole family!

   The food was ok. Our servers was great! The ambience was ok. The part that disturbed us the most was the wait for seating,that was horrible!!

   Molly was great Very crowded and overbooked. Long lag in main dish delivery. Wrong check from a guy wrong dish served to partner. He ordered shrimp and got chicken
