   Our service was horrendous. 15% discount because of waiters inability to serve soup and salad, bring us our drinks, provide forks. The cook was good, but seriously will NEVER go back. Entrees are $40 now, you are supposed to get 6 things, we didn’t get 3 of them.

   Worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. We only received half of our meal, service was beyond slow, we had to constantly hunt down our server or go to the host stand for assistance. The cost was extreme for the awful time my family had to endure. Little to say we will not be returning. There are too many other better hibachi restaurants to waste time at Benihana moving forward.

   This as the worst customer service experience I have ever had in any country, and I have travelled all over the world in my 72 years. I was repeatedly insulted by the manager. I need to speak to someone is customer service, the story is too long to type here. And if I do not hear, I will post publicly. My cell is 610-316-2295

   I had a terrible experience there last night. They were very backed up at the door when we arrived. We don’t have to wait too long past our reservation time to be seated but the group that was seated with us had been waiting an hour. We were sat at a table that wasn’t completely set up. It took the server forever to come over to greet us. Once they did they asked us for drinks, apps and if we had any allergies. My two daughters both had a dairy allergy and one also had egg. We notice the menus we were given were not the usual ones but holiday ones. The bottom of those menus said the full menu was available upon request. We asked for the full menu as the holiday ones were limited and had the prices jacked waaaay up. We were denied the full menu. We had to ask for napkins and utensils after our apps arrived (which were bad). Then when the chef came out we reminded him of my daughter’s allergies. He said he would have to make one in the back because of the egg allergy which was fine. Then he continued to cook some of their food with butter and started to serve them that food. I had to ask him to remake it and then had to get up to ask a hostess to make sure they wouldn’t wait forever for their food. After all of that our bill was over $250 for two adults and two kids. Completely a rip off and I will not be returning.

   Terrible service. We were there for al ost two hours. Menu is confusing and you will definitely need reading glasses for the small print. Not going back

   I was so disappointed the restaurant obviously overbooked. Our reservations were at 7:00pm and I don’t think we were seated until 8:30 only to be moved because our seating was next to the storage area and as servers went back and forth the cold air coming from the room was unbearable. The manger did move us however it got worse. Our server dropped the drinks for the table after we had waited an hour to get them. The food at best was average. I will never go back for Christmas as this establishment chose money over their customer’s satisfaction.. Shame on you Benihana!!!

   6:15 reservation, seated at 7:45, no food until 8:30. Only 1/2 of the appetizers came out. Yes, it was Christmas but they clearly overbooked and then had a “special expensive menu” and not nearly enough servers or chefs to provide even poor service. Would not return.

    While the food was delicious and our hibachi chef was fantastic, it seems pretty evident the restaurant overbooked their reservations. Our reservation was for 6:00 PM and we were seated at 6:45. Our hibachi chef came to the table just after 7:00. There were other parties there who were seated over an hour after their reservation time and tables near us who were seated before us but whose hibachi chef came to their table after ours did. We very much enjoyed our food; however, the overall experience was certainly negatively impacted by the stressful vibe surrounding us. Hoping Benihana PM makes some changes to their reservation/seating model, particularly on Christmas Day.
