   This is my second visit at this location within the past month and the service from the chefs has been extremely unacceptable. For whatever reason both chefs gave me the wrong cut of meat, and when I corrected them on it, they basically argued with me about it. This last visit on 11/20 we walked out before our dinner could be served, we were over it. I did call and speak with the manager, Mike. I'm hoping this location makes some major improvements asap.

   Our Puente Hills Benihana server was attentive, pleasant, and professional and chef Gavin was wonderful. I told him he should be paid more for his great personality.

   It was a great experience! We celebrated my daughters 16th birthday and they made it so wonderful! My son is autistic and is very picky with his food even though I asked for no butter or pepper I did ask if teriyaki sauce was something I can have as a side for my sons chicken and the chef without any hesitation he quickly got it for my son and my son enjoyed the rest of his dinner! I am so thankful for the dinner and experience we had simply amazing! THANK YOU

   unfortunately, this visit wasn't like the rest. We usually have a great time - good service and great food. This time service was sad to say very bad. waited, waited for our waiter. The chef cooking our food seemed to be in a hurry. I have been to several locations, and they usually cook in the same order. Our Chef literally cooked everything at the same time. appetizers were brought once we were done with the main food. Waiter never came to check if we needed anything. By the end of the night there was a different waiter helping us. Kept apologizing. It was one thing after another. Will I go back to Benihana - Yes. This location - probably not. Manager was kind and heard us out. I would have rather waited to be seated and get full service than to have that type of experience.

    The chef gave me the wrong steak. I ordered filet Mignon and he gave me hibachi steak. He then proceeded to go back and forth with me stating he did give me the correct steak. I refused to accept that wrong steak and when my waiter came to the table, I asked him to have them cook me the correct steak in the back kitchen. Once the waiter brought me the new steak, it was correct. It was like night and day. Even a lady sitting new to me said, you can tell that was the wrong steak. I did not appreciate having to do all this disputing while just trying to have dinner. I was very upset.
