   Unfortunately we picked a night that the restaurant must have had a staff issue with cooks. We were seated 10 min after our reservation time, which was great. Waitress was quick with drinks and taking order…. However, waiting for 90 minutes with no sign of a chef coming to table to cook was becoming too much for my young kids waiting. Waitress said this was the second night like this with very long wait times for a chef to come to the table. After speaking with manager, who only offered the response “we’re doing our best”, it was time for my party to leave so I could feed my kids. I do understand being short staffed, but to fill every table up with customers and allow them to wait knowing they didn’t have enough cooks to handle all was just wrong. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had. We never ate or were offered some food from kitchen to maybe hold us over . The manager was completely not sorry or caring of the situation. I don’t know how you run a restaurant, but seems to me the right thing to do was not seat The restaurant to full capacity knowing you have no way of serving everyone. Maybe close off a few tables and let ppl know about wait time upfront.

   This was awful. Booked a table at 530 for 6, we ate at 745pm. Chef shortages were given as the reason. The food was dreadful. Manager awful, no apologies. Asked for me to add a gratuity. I was appalled as were the whole family. The manager told me I should have been informed of a 30 minute wait on arrival. That did not happen. We would have gone elsewhere if we’d known. He consistently blamed corporate for accepting reservations when they are shorthanded. He was sitting in the back chatting with colleagues while I was standing up trying our outrageous bill.

   Had a reservation for 745 wasn’t seated until 8:30 waited at the hibachi table for about an hour and a half before the chef came over. Didn’t leave the restaurant until about 10:50. Was a very long experience

   The food and Chef were really good, however my reservation was for 745pm, we were seated at about 830pm and didnt get a chef till around 10pm

   It was a bit disappointing. I was hoping to have a fun time with my young kids, but it was subpar at best. The food was a little bland and it took 1.5 hours before they started the hibachi portion - they must have been short staffed. That said, it was packed! And people were waiting for over an hour at times… so it must be worth it on some occasions. Will try again in the future hopefully

   Waiter started out great and sweet. Then started disappearing, long wait for the waiter attention. Ended the night with an unprofessional attitude.
