   Had a wonderful time dinning with family for my husbands birthday. Food was delicious. The only constructive feedback was its very tight seating which made it hard to get up to use the restroom etc. Also we were there for over three hours due to long wait times on food. However, if you know this ahead of time the taste was worth the wait.

   Our reservation was at 7:30pm. We got there at 7:20. We did not get seated until 8:30! What’s the point of a reservation? Once we got sat we waited 10mins for our waitress to come and greet us. We already knew what we wanted to order so she took our order right away. We then waiting 15mins to get soup and salad. We didn’t get out of restaurant until 10pm. Over all, this location was severely understaffed. And it smelled like the bathrooms haven’t been cleaned in days. Wont be coming back to this location.

   The chef was awesome. The service was average but they were busy. They sat us am hour after our reservation. The way the bartenders were overwhelmed and the servers, on top of the late wait time seems like management needs help.

   Took my son there last night for his birthday and I must say the three people working last night as the host were awesome. The manager too! We were a large party of 15 and at first we were going to be separate tables, but at the end, we’re all able to sit at tables across from each other. Our shelf was great and the chef that our kids had was amazing. We had Andre as our chef. He was great ! The three hosts and the front I know there was a young girl and two gentlemen. I only got one of the guys names and his name was Andres. I really felt like they were trying to help us and I truly appreciate that! The girl was very sweet and she was happy to see my family and I were able to all sit together. The staff coming out to sing to my son was in all honesty the best. My son had a great time! The manager on duty was direct and up front about wait times and what not and even tho people may take that as being rude, i completely feel the opposite. I appreciate her willingness to accommodate my requests !! Seriously! I must’ve bothered her like 5x but she was always willing to listen and help. Thank you host and manager working 1/3/24 @ 6:30 pm

   Today was a terrible experience. 1. Reservation was at 6:30pm and the chef got to the table at 830pm. 2. The party of 6 next to us consisted of 5 teenage girls and one adult. This was the worse experience ever. Two of the girls kept melting the crayons on the grill and the adult didn’t even address it or correct the behavior. 3. When the chef walked away to get a container for my rice (to go rice) one of them stuck her fork on the rice! Disgusting!🤮 and the mom didn’t even address it or apologized. You can tell the mother is clearly the issue. J can’t believe she took no accountability for her daughter’s action. My husband immediately told the chef what happened and the chef was in disbelief. He immediately apologized and told us he would cook another batch of rice and comp the rice for the awful experience. The chef was very nice, friendly and the food was delicious. The waitress seems like she was having a rough day….

   The food was excellent. Alex was a fantastic cook and reminded me of the way the food tasted more than 15 years ago. Our server was of top of everything. Will be coming back.

   It seemed like there was a shortage of chefs. Our table waited 45 mins for someone, and the rest of the room seemed the same. From being sat to paying was 2 hours for a party of 2.

   With reservations my party had to wait an additional 45 minutes to be seated! Once seated the server took our order and completely forgot alot of what we ordered including the drinks. Im guessing the New Years Eve took a toll on the restaurant workers. It was extremely loud and smoky in our area. I wasnt comfortable in my chair either. The chair wobbled and being in the corner gave less leg room. The chef was great though and tried his best to make up for all the delays!

    Dinner was great! Earl really knows how to cook it up . Thank you! Three stars because restroom smells like sewer , not the first time . Water all over the place and overflowing trash .
