   Our reservation was at 7:30pm. We didn’t get our table until an hour later at 8:30pm and drinks were delayed and then food didn’t start getting cooked for roughly another 45min. The food was great however the timing didn’t allow us to make it to church.

   We had a reservation and weren’t seated for 40 min after reservation. The food is very pretty good and plentiful- we took most of it home. It was impossible to talk to anyone except those directly next to you.

   The area we were in was cold as if they had the ac on. Food was just ok. This visit wasn’t a good experience like we’ve had in the past.

   Wife got scallops, calamari and jumbo shrimp. They over cooked so much. We never got offered our ice cream at the end. And we waited for about 45 minutes once we sat down before we even got soup or salad. First and last time going.

   I ‘m not going to lie. It’s not like it was before Covid. It seems like it has never bounced back. Chefs aren’t as good as they use to be. Service isn’t great and management seems to be lacking. This last visit I never got a drink that I asked for 3 times. We weren’t offered tea and ice cream before our bill came even though it was included with our meal. Our poor chef was trying really hard but you could tell that he was inexperienced and we could hardly understand him. And everything seemed to be a bit dirty (washroom, floors etc) This place needs to step up

   We were excited to try Benihana for the first time but will not be back. We were greeted with a less than friendly hostess, the bathrooms were terrible - unclean and smelly. The atmosphere was dated and the prices were insane! $15 for a single crown and coke, $12.50 for a glass of wine that costs $15 for a bottle at the store. We got 2 sushi rolls (that came out separately) service was mediocre. We each had 1 drink and our bill was $70. Save your money and try one of the other nearby places that will do a much better job.

   We had an 8:15 pm reservation after shopping for 3 hours … we did not get sorted until 9 pm and we did not have food finished until after 10pm k just had mine boxed … the service was extremely slow they are under staffed and they over book their tables.

    7:30 reservation. Not seated until 8:15 Hibachi not started until 9:30. Finally done at 10:30. 3 hour “experience”
