   Sunday afternoon … we had surf&turf - steak and half lobster with unlimited drinks. Super nice steak, decent lobster for the money, vivid atmosphere… I would recommend and will definitely go back. Very good value.

   Lovely place, staff friendly - can recommend the wings in voodoo sauce with blue cheese dip - I went again especially for these!

   Food was good, great atmosphere, drinks were good but massively let down by the staffing. They were spread too thin and massively overbooked.

   Booked for 5:45pm, seemed very disorganised when we arrived and no table ready for us. Asked to get a drink at the bar and wait until the table was ready. Waited at the bar and got no service, around 10 minutes waiting. Table was ready. Food was good, but very expensive for what you get. £23 for Brisket that doesn’t come with any fries. Had to ask for the bill three times before they brought it. Was in a rush for a show and it caused us to rush. Staff were incredibly rude, the hostess barged past us when we were trying to leave. Very poor, won’t return. £90 for two main courses and a drink each.

   Was here as a group of 4 friends yesterday. The lady that greeted us was miserable so we were a little worried. The atmosphere changed once we were seated and had the lovely Mikey looking after us. We opted for the bottomless brunch. The food was lovely and the drinks were flowing and Mikey ensure that our glasses were never empty. We would definitely return.

   Was wary of visiting due to bad reviews but we are so glad we did. Food was spot on and our server Joao was very attentive. Will definitely visit again!

   I have been wanting to go the the Big Easy for quite some time, we enjoy BBQ and this place had been recommended to us by friends. We had a really good experience, all of the food and drink was spot-on and the service from Krupa was excellent. We took advantage of some of the weekday lunchtime deals available which I have to say represent extremely good value. Very reasonably priced for any kind of venue let along one based in the centre of London.....and none of us left hungry. Would definitely go back.

   Your ladies toilets were gross, multiple were flooded, others had unflushed contents, broken soap dispensers. I had to wash my hands back in the resturant at the troth sinks. Service was poor. Each person was friendly, but it was as if no-one was actually assigned to us, we were forgotten about for food orders, sat with dirty plates and you weren't even half full? My brother enjoyed his burger. However the mash was lumpy, the chicken tenders fell out of the serving basket onto the table as it was not lined properly, the chips - some cooked others soggy. It was all a bit underwhelming. The cocktail slushy i had was actually nice. You also had a band sat on their own on another floor, meaning we couldn't hear them properly. Why have you got them if you're not seating people on their floor?

    We went and had the weekday taste-a-rama each with cheesy chunky chips to share. The food was great, Emmanuel was a great waiter/server and was very attentive and kind. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough
