   Nice vibe, good food, not cheap but good portion size. It wasn’t overwhelmingly fabulous… it was ‘ok’… food as you would expect. Very attentive staff. All in all a good experience.

   Very nice meal, we had the valentines meal Thoroughly impressed with the food! The house wine was nice It was a bit loud for my liking but had a good atmosphere generally Service was good and the waiting team are efficient I would come again

   Went for Valentine’s Day lunch and had a great meal. Service was friendly and I’d highly recommend the lobster roll!

   So we arrived in the late afternoon and the atmosphere was quiet and you felt very secluded which was quite great so we could have a conversation with not too many people around to decor and everything else is spot on just the food was a little bit of a let down I got the 30 wings couldn't finish them and I believe they were overcooked and dry, best thing about this place was service

   The bar service was awful - we waited 15 minutes for each round of drinks. The food was lukewarm and overall very average

   Food was not very hot. We was sat next to the food return area which is not nice. Staff.... No one asked if our food was OK. Not asked if we would like desert. And the restaurant was empty. Overall not a great experience.

   Such high expectations dashed by poor service, main course was cold and the final main dish (of 4 people) arrived after everyone else had finished the meal. During our time at the table we had to ask for service as no one came to check on us, we just felt as if we had to fend for ourselves :-(

   It’s been years since we have visited the big easy so decided to go for my son’s 18th birthday. The table for 6 was crammed and had a direct view into the kitchen where on more than one occasion I witnessed the staff eating whilst preparing food. We chose the sharer platter which was extremely greasy. The mains came out and my son’s steak was wrong, he had ordered a fillet but was served a sirloin. There was a lot of confusion with one server first telling us that it was a fillet then saying it was a sirloin. The main server returned to the table with the steak and again tried to serve it, whilst confirming that it was a sirloin. She eventually let out a “for f**ks sake” before taking the steak away. We also asked for the chips that were missing from my wife’s order. Another guy, I think who was a senior server came over and confirmed the steak would be re cooked. We asked him for my wife’s chips and he immediately sent several portions to the table. The rude server appeared some time later with my wife’s chips and the fillet steak. It was a real let down as the place used to have great service, great food and great ambiance. They failed in all 3 today. My son’s 18th meal should have been a great event, instead we couldn’t wait to get out of there.

   Great visit to Big Easy Covent Garden. Good service, good food, good atmosphere and friendly staff. Definitely go again

    We were disappointed today. We go to this restaurant for quite some time to each Lobster roles. Today the fillings was half of what it used to be. They will not see us quickly again.
