    The food and portions were on point! Milkshakes to go were amazing as well. Our server was tentative even with it being jam packed! Make reservations because otherwise you’ll wait an hour plus on the weekend and Christmas season. It was the perfect spot after top of the rock!

    The girls on the check in desk didn’t have a clue and were not bothered, told us to stand over there and we’d come for you when a table is ready, they forgot about us just like the others that had booked a table were forgotten about. Our server was brilliant and very attentive so gave him a good tip and made sure he kept it all. Very disappointed as the girls on check in are the face of the company and first impressions of Bills burgers was very poor

    Overall I would recommend. The service was great - we had 3pm reservations and was seated immediately. Our waitress was fantastic (which says alot for a NYC joint!) The burgers were good, the shakes were as well. The disco fries left a lot to be desired - clearly this is a jersey thing b/c the gravy had an odd taste and texture and the cheese was barely melted and sparse - there was no disco on these fries! But again I wouldn't let this deter you, I just wouldn't order them LOL

    Convenient if visiting Rock Center area. Good selection of burgers, served “smash style”. We went during Christmas week so it was packed & extremely noisy. Service was good. Food is fair.

    Great burgers and finger food. Victoria our server was attentive and excellent. Although the restaurant was very crowded she visited our table numerous times and kept the beverages coming. Another great experience at Bill's One suggestion, restrooms could be cleaner.

    We had a reservation and were about to be seated at a four top right next to the hostess station, drink station and busy pathway, and they were kind enough to wait five minutes and seat us in a less busy area! Great food and drinks!
