A small, intimate restaurant perfectly situated on the oldest lane in Norwich, Bishops Dining Room and Wine Bar is everything you would expect from a fine dining restaurant and more. Our welcoming, relaxed atmosphere will ensure you and your guests have an experience to treasure. Our food is locally sourced, wherever possible, to give you a taste of the real Norfolk.     Always the best service and food here. Alex is amazing, attentive, warm and friendly Food delicious, the soufflé was the best I have ever eaten. Super tasty. Main meal cooked spot on, your chef is very talented. Attention to detail in everything, beautifully decorated and atmosphere is like nothing else in Norwich. Thank you.

    We have visited Bishops many times and it never disappoints in food style, content and quality. The ambience is sublime and it is so quaint and easy to just relax and enjoy the lunch. Basically we just love it...

    A splendid a la carte meal. All three courses were a delight. The presentation, portion size and taste of the lemon sole main course was especially good. All washed down with a bottle of tasty Chablis at a reasonable price. Well done Alex and the team.
