How I’ve missed MY French onion soup, mussels and warm blueberry crumble!! And they still serve MY profiteroles. I used to work nearby and was a frequent patron once I discovered the mussels. I took a former co-worker there for her birthday. Besides the mussels she had the crabcakes and tiramisu. Our meal made us both wish we were not retired and still had this excellent restaurant nearby. The service was cordial and timely. I MUST return soon for MY profiteroles — and more mussels.

I like this restaurant a lot. Food, service, ambiance always good. On this occasion, as my companion and I were being seated, the hostess unfortunately knocked over a full glass of wine that soaked my outfit. Thankfully it was white wine. The hostess and staff were kind in getting me as comfortable as possible, and the glass of wine was replaced as expected. What surprised me was at no other time during our dinner did anyone check in on us. By the time we left my clothes were still very damp as we headed outside to a very cold NYC. Did it ruin the night? Yes. Did we try and make the most of it? Yes. Did anyone try and make it a better night for us? No. Not even a free coffee.

Bistro Les Ami provided us with a delicious lunch of beautifully prepared French food. My steaks frites and my husband's chicken paillard both were wonderful.

An extremely charming restautrant in the heart of Soho with an aura from the past in the best possible way. The food was excellent and the service personal and attentive. I will come back for sure.
