   We received the wrong steaks and didn’t realize until cutting into them. They also sat in the heated window far too long so they came out wet and yucky. It was also quite noticeable that the restaurant was understaffed. It will be quite a while until we return.

   At the time we went, it was jampacked. And they were definitely understaffed. Our server did his best, but we were sitting for quite some time waiting for items that we ordered. Their wine selection is very poor. And the food presentation looks like someone doing it at their own house. It’s like the food was just slapped on a plate. My steak was undercooked, but I knew if I sent it back it would take 30 more minutes for it to come back. But the food tasted good.

   Has to wait 15 min past our reservation time but understandable for Christmas Eve. While waitress was originally slow & distracted, most of the meal came out on time and hot. Enjoyed appetizers. Steak was a bit gristly but tasty. Dessert was yummy.

   The restaurant is very clean and neat. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. That includes everyone from the manager, greeters, servers and cleaners. The food is fresh and delicious. They have a good selection and the prices are reasonable.

   I went to black angus for the first time a couple of months ago and used the Groupon "campfire feast for two $69 value" and purchased for $45. My husband, daughter, and myself went out to dinner and it was quite empty, we ordered a prime rib and ribeye with loaded baked potato skins, mashed potatoes, broccoli, mac and cheese, and fries. Food came and all the sides were on different plates and the servings were in large portions, we even took leftovers home! This time now three months later, I ordered another Groupon, same deal but it was for black Friday so i purchased it for $38. When we returned, the place was packed last night and gave the ambience of red robin or chili's but still great time just more people. The food came and was still delicious but the prime rib and new york strip seemed a bit overdone and less juicy as well as the sides came on the plates this time in such small 2-3 bite portions. I am not sure if the portion size & grade of meat was due to the Groupon, maybe time of the year (holiday season), or because every table in the place was occupied. Service is always immaculate from the walk-up to the host stand all the way until we left through the door, this won't stop me from returning but I think I will come back at a less busy timeframe and give it another try. *My review was intended to focus on the food quality, our dining experience and service quality is always great.

   We had a great experience today. The server Ian Jose was very on point and was around when you needed him. The food was generally good today though my wife wanted medium rare and got medium instead for how the steak is cooked. The sides were good and service quick.

   Good lunch today. Food was good. My wife especially enjoyed the grilled salmon. The kitchen perfectly grilled my filet Mignon. Service was attentive and friendly.

   50 minutes after we ordered was told they ran out of the steak we ordered So half our party ended up not even getting to eat Manager made up for it with our bill But disappointing evening for our birthday friend

    The BA did not disappoint! Food was extra delicious and served the way we all ordered it. From our server Jason, to the gentleman who brought our food, to the manager who cleared our plates, service was a 10/10 on a very busy night! We will be back
