   My husband and I are regular customers every 2 or 3 weeks at Lakewood location. The food is so delicious & inexpensive as we are Seniors its so affordable their lunch & dinner Menu are great We tend to always sit at our bar booth table 68, and get servers Gina, Bobby, or at time Leah. They are the best and sweet young people. Of course, everyone and (Manager) Staff is very friendly from the receptionist & and other staff members. Thank you much We won't be there until Next year. Happy Holidays & Happy New year we will visit sometime next year. Thank you Robert & Esther

   Black Angus Lakewood is one of my favorite restaurants. The food, service and atmosphere are all consistently outstanding.

   I made a reservation at 6:15pm was waiting over an hour just to get a table then I was waiting a while for my food and was disappointed because I wanted to get the Bone-In Rib Eye and the Buffalo tenders but the menu was limited so overall it wasn’t up to my standards and was really disappointed

   Dinner was not a good experience. Restaurant was way overbooked. Those with reservations had to wait aproximately 1-2 hours beyond their reservation time. What is the point of a reservation if you can't honor it? When we did get our orders, the dishes arrived suspiciously quick...and as it turns out, 2 of the 3 dishes had meat that was practically raw. Even the waiter agreed that the dinner was barely cooked. Fortunately the server was very friendly and apologetic. Management definitely needs to fix this model, because this was not a pleasant experience. I don't think I will be returning to this establishment.

   We had reservations for 5 pm, we showed up 20 minutes early, they were behind. Forty five minutes later we were seated. Waiter took our order 20 minutes after that. The food was good although my daughters steak was overcooked. We didn't complain because it was so busy we didnt want to wait any longer. It seemed they didn't have enough waiters/waitresses working on Thanksgiving day.

   We had got there a little early from our reservation and had to wait over a hour before getting seated, only plus side was our reservation was for bar since that was was offered left they ended up seating us in dining room. For drinks my husband ordered coffee me ice tea, the coffee was extremely strong and had to be replaced. Ordered the two lobster tails meal his with baked potato mine with Mac n cheese. The lobsters were small but tasty, Mac n cheese was good could have been cheesier, I had a slice of pumpkin pie it was delicious! All and all great service including manager visiting table and good food.

    It was Thanksgiving Day and we had a reservation but didn’t get seated until a half hour later. They were very busy because of the holiday which is to be expected! Our server Carlos was AWESOME ♥️
