   Flawless reservation. 2:15, seated at 2:14pm. Service was excellent. Considering it was a crowded Thanks giving Day, food was good. NO complaints. Enjoyed ourselves.

   My family and I decided on going out to eat instead of cooking for Thanksgiving this year. So I made reservations for a party of 5 at black angus. My first issue was that they had a limited menu which was not mentioned anywhere online that I saw. On top of that they were not accepting coupons. The waitress was rude and was rushing us because it seems she couldn’t keep up and was getting flustered. Being annoyed with all that I chose to go somewhere else to eat but my mom and grandma wanted to try their thanksgiving meal. It was AWFUL! Black angus should ashamed. The turkey dinner was equivalent to the meals they serve in prison. We paid the bill and left and headed to sizzlers and so glad we did after that awful experience.

   Always a good meal. Campfire feast started with shrimp cocktail with full size shrimp. Bread is brown bread, crusty and warm. Salad is more than lettuce and a tomato. New York steak has a good flavor. Baked potato fluffy. Cheesecake dessert nice size for 2 to split. Great when you get the $15 off campfire coupon. They also have full bar.

   We always order campfire dinner for 2 gives us many options to choose from and includes dessert to share. Yum 😋 Also, the app helps us to earn rewards and get discounts. Service was excellent

    Our server need some training on customer service. A smile and greetings would be nice, especially since it was our friend's birthday, and they just drove two hours to get there. I ordered two classes of wine he brought three, did not apologize, and just stood there, arguing , so my friend said it's okay we will take it. He took my dinner plate even though I wasn't done nor asked. He also tried this with the appetizer, but my husband stopped him. The service took forever. Never came in to check with us. Disappeared for long stretches and then the birthday dessert came so late. We had to take it to go. I gave us two hours for dinner, but we were in fact, late to our show at the Soraya! Disappointing frustrating experience.
