   Andi was our server again and did a fantastic job. The food was cooked perfectly and when 2 of the prime rib came in a little too overdone the manager immediately replaced them with the ordered rare cuts. The kids were well taken care of and we all had a fantastic evening. Thank you to the staff and management for another in a long line of wonderful dining experiences.

   The service was great especially for a busy Thanksgiving day. Food was served hot and everything tasted fabulous.

   The server was great. soup was cold, broccoli was not cooked and cold. Turkey was deboned loaf style but flavorful. Barely any gravy and the gravy was water thin. Stuffing and potatoes were basic, not wonderful but not bad. The soda was going out so it tasted like soda flavored melted ice. I got 1 refill on my soda and that one was fine. Honestly, for what we paid next year, i will just cook it myself. At least then, if it's bad, I know who to blame

   Disappointing overall. Went for Thanksgiving and it was truly a mistake. Got seating right next to a filthy kitchen entrance and our food took over an hour. Asked for medium on my prime rib and it came to me bloody! After it was cooked longer it was fine. The waitress was constantly talking about how it had been such a long day and acting like she was done with everything and that really ruined the meal. We tipped 20% but probably should not have. Not going to try this for a holiday meal again since it was a real downer.

   Our annual turkey dinner with family at Black Angus. It is a nice way to spend the holiday - no stress, great service, good-size portions of all of the traditional thanksgiving dinner dishes including pumpkin pie. Our only complaint is always not enough gravy!

   My husband and I ate at Black Angus on Thanksgiving day. We made reservations a month in advance. This was probably the third or fourth time doing this. We expected a crowd. Our reservation was for 2 pm and we were seated at 2:20 so not too bad for starters. We did notice quite a few people were there for pick up orders and they seemed to be frustrated at their wait time. Our waitress was pleasant but seemed somewhat overwhelmed by the pace. She was still smiling so we give her credit for that. As for the meal, there was a generous portion of turkey. The broccoli was under cooked and very tough. The dressing and mashed potatoes were ok but very small portions. We didn’t see our waitress until we were done eating. Overall we thought the experience rated a “C”.

   Normal Thanksgiving crowd. They were nice to seat us at a small booth near the bar as it still hurts to "celebrate" ANY holiday, plus this Thanksgiving was on the 600th day since my husband and my daughter's Papa passed away.
