If you're looking for a seafood restaurant in St. Augustine, this unique fly-fishing themed restaurant offers daily fresh fish specials using locally caught fish that you don't usually see on most restaurant menus. The kitchen at BlackFly is a "Scratch Kitchen"; everything is fresh, as local as possible, seasonal and made to order. The menu at BlackFly includes Chop House selections as well as an extensive wine selection. Mike and Cindy, partners in BlackFly and owners of the Famous Collage Restaurant in downtown St. Augustine are the operational managers. The menu is the grand result of their combined expertise, their years of experience in bringing the best possible product to the table and the imaginative input of our talented culinary team. The restaurant is under the internationally known BlackFly Brand of Vaughn Cochran, a Florida artist who lives and paints in St. Augustine, Florida and who developed the famous BlackFly Logo.

    We were A group of four. One had the salmon which was good, two had a pasta dish that was ok-would not order again and one had the tuna appetizer which was more chopped red onion than tuna. The onions were totally overwhelming. Will not go back.

    Blackfly is one of the best restaurants in St Augustine. Stephanie our waitress was amazing. Super professional, very attentive and very friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

    Definitely one of our go to places! We love having David L as our waiter. All the staff members are very accommodating and knowledgeable of the menu. Food is always perfect.

    This was our second time here and the food was just as good as before! Food was well cooked and seasoned. Definitely worth the cost. Our server Cossette was friendly and very personable.

    We had a delicious dinner with the very best waitress; Anna! She was knowledgeable, professional and had a great sense of humor and presence with our group. Our food was incredible. My only complaint. I’ve never been in a restaurant that was as loud as Blackfly. Will definitely sit in the bar next time.
